Education & Career Guidance (ECG) equips students with the necessary knowledge, skills and values to make informed decisions at each key education stage, so that students can make a successful transition from school to further education or work. Through ECG, students will have opportunities to explore and develop their interests and strengths and apply their learning in real-world contexts to make a difference in their areas of passion. 

Events such as WorldSkills inculcates an appreciation for the value of all occupations and how they contribute to the well-functioning of society. This is part of long-term efforts to nurture respect for every job for its requisite skills, and value the achievements of individuals who attain mastery in their own fields.
